However, due to the constant speed of wire collection, the tension on the wire drawing is also not constant, which can cause the deviation of the outer diameter of the single wire to be unable to be accurately controlled. 2. The vibration of copper wire on the annealing wheel. This allows the copper wire to be annealed in a loose and tight state, with varying current densities during annealing. However, the strength of the copper wire is relatively low at higher speeds, which can easily cause the copper wire to ignite on the annealing wheel and cause uneven wire diameter on the surface due to sparks. 3. Wear caused by long-term use of the main motor gearbox. This can cause the constant speed wheel speed of wire drawing to not match the traction speed and take-up speed, thus forming a single wire drawing process. Solution: Properly lubricate the wire storage device to avoid causing reverse friction on the wire during high-speed operation, which can cause the wire to become thin; Adjust the tension of the wire so that the drawing stroke is always close to the annealing wheel; Ensure the integrity of the annealing wheel steel ring and avoid unstable annealing current caused by surface defects of the steel ring. According to the actual situation of the wire drawing machine, re mold the wire drawing machine: adjust the diameter of the adjustable triangular pulley on the driving shaft of the annealing wheel according to the wire drawing principle, so that the speed of the annealing wheel/the speed of the constant speed wheel=the forward slip coefficient × The diameter of the constant speed wheel/annealing wheel, where the diameters of the constant speed wheel and annealing wheel are known, and the rotational speed of the constant speed wheel and annealing wheel can also be measured.
