1. Structure Overview

This machine is composed of an incoming wire mold, a wire drawing host, a safety stop device, a wire drawing pliers, a wire drawing drum, a wire take-up reel, etc. The motor adopts Y315S-4-110-132KW ordinary motor, with variable frequency speed regulation.

The main machine of the wire drawing machine adopts three pairs of helical gear transmission, with a compact structure and stable and reliable operation.

Easy to operate, this machine only requires one person to operate and is equipped with a foot switch for easy tapping and threading.

When the wire is wound on the drum for 7-10 turns, use a pneumatic pressure wheel device to compress the wire tightly.
